These terms cover your use of harmonywellnessgroup.com.au and our apps — Fit Beyond 50, My Peaceful Companion and Roujaune. By using our websites or apps, you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Our apps are intended for adults; some features may have their own eligibility requirements.
Acceptable use & user content
Chats, shared lists, community posts and group content are user-generated. You must not post unlawful, harassing, hateful or abusive content. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users: you can report content or members in-app, reported content is hidden pending review, and reports are actioned within 24 hours. We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Health & wellness content
Everything in our apps and on our websites is general wellbeing information only — it is not medical, dietary or training advice. Please read our Wellness Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Subscriptions & purchases
Some apps offer paid subscriptions, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Store terms apply, and subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your store account. Prices are shown before you commit — no surprises.
Our content
The design, text, logos and software across our websites and apps belong to Harmony Wellness Group or our licensors. You're welcome to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes; please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our websites or apps.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using our websites or apps after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
